1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Days Owners (daysowners.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service. Days Owners reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by updating the date shown on this page.

2. Description of the service

Days Owners is a platform that allows users to acquire symbolic ownership of a day of the year (MM-DD format). This ownership is exclusively digital and symbolic: it does not grant any legal, physical, or proprietary rights over the calendar day in question.

Each day of the year can have only one simultaneous owner. The owner may personalise their day's page with a photo, biography, links and a personal message.

3. Registration and user account

To acquire a day you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use.

Days Owners reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acquiring days

Purchasing a day requires payment of the price shown at the time of the transaction. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once the purchase is complete:

• The day is locked for 10 calendar days from the date of acquisition, during which it cannot be resold.
• After that period, the day may be acquired by another user at the price set by the system.
• The outgoing owner automatically receives the corresponding amount in accordance with the current payout policy.

5. Gift system

It is possible to gift the ownership of a day to another person. The recipient will receive an email with a link to claim the day. If the recipient does not claim the day within 10 calendar days, ownership will automatically be assigned to the gift sender. No refunds will be made for unclaimed gifts.

6. Prices and payments

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Days Owners reserves the right to modify the prices of available days at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of purchase.

Payments are managed entirely through Stripe. Days Owners does not store credit card data.

7. Refund policy

Given the digital and immediate nature of the service, no returns or refunds are accepted once a purchase is complete, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at info@daysowners.com.

8. User content

By publishing content on your day page (photos, text, links), you declare that you hold the necessary rights over that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Days Owners reserves the right to remove any content that:

• Is illegal, offensive, defamatory or contrary to public morality.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains spam, unauthorised advertising or malware.

9. Intellectual property

The Days Owners platform, including its design, code, brand and own content, is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction in whole or in part without express written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Days Owners provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In no event shall Days Owners be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Days Owners' maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

11. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
